All physical products are dispatched via Royal Mail.
Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to postal delays beyond our control.
2. Returns and Refunds Returns are not accepted.

3. Copyright and Usage
All music and lyrics remain under the copyright of AL Hodgson (lexana.co.uk).
Sheet music is sold with specific usage rights as described in each product’s documentation.
Photocopying and duplication rights are specific to each product and will be clearly stated on the product paperwork.
4. Digital Content If a product includes access to digital resources (e.g., PDF scores, rehearsal videos), these are for use by the purchasing institution only and must not be redistributed or uploaded publicly.
If you have bought a product that is only available as a digital download you will receive a link to download your product within 12 hours. Usually the download link will arrive much sooner but we are UK based and each digital download is digitally watermarked to protect copyright. Digitally watermarking a product is a manual process and will only take place during UK office hours so for example if you oder at 22.00GMT your product will be ready the following day.
